The Ultracom₂ sxi is a complete unvented system boiler with great features like an in-built expansion vessel and pump, and a unique design that enables front access for parts and servicing which frees up more space.

Available in three heating outputs, this high efficiency boiler is powerful enough to cope with increased hot water demands, without installing a cold water tank in the loft; making it an ideal replacement for an old non-condensing system boiler.

Glow-worm’s Ultracom₂ sxi system boilers are manufactured with tried and tested components; making them reliable, easy to install and operate. These boilers are mostly chosen for those who have a traditional boiler and heating system, but want to replace it with a more efficient and modern system, yet still need the ability to generate lots of hot water for the property. They come in three sizes which allows three different heat outputs: 12kW, 18kW and 30kW.

Properties with more than one bathroom tend to need the power and versatility that these sealed central heating systems use, because they make use of a separate tank to store the hot water. This gives them an edge of the popular Combi boiler.

The range is geared so that whereas the 12kW is ideal for smaller properties, the 30kW unit is powerful enough to cope with the demands of a large house. What’s more, the 18kW and 30kW units can be converted to run on LPG. For such powerful boilers they can still be sited in small spaces and they don’t need much space at the sides for installation.
