Baxi Boilers are between £568 – £1,200. The price excludes the installation fee.
Baxi has been helping people to heat their homes since 1866 by offering a selection of combi, system and heat only (solo) boilers in a range sizes and specifications – meaning there is a Baxi boiler suitable for every property. Baxi is the market leader in smart heating solutions, and all of the brand’s boilers meet and exceed the latest European standards for safety, emissions, water bylaws and energy efficiency.
Baxi Combi Boilers Range – Save Space & Energy
Combi boilers are the UK’s most popular type of boiler, and all Baxi Combi Boilers provide on-demand heating to your radiators and domestic hot water. A combi boiler is both a water and central heating provider that only heats water when a hot tap or shower is turned on to ensure maximum efficiency. Combi boilers are also great space-saving solutions as no separate hot water cylinder or the cold water tank is required. Baxi combi boiler prices range from £620 to £1,250 with varying outputs, flow rates and dimensions.
Every series in the Baxi combi range is reasonably priced and designed to suit different needs. Below, you can find each series currently available from Baxi:

Baxi System Boilers Range – For Larger Homes
A Baxi system boiler is the perfect solution for larger homes with more than one bathroom or homes that require more hot water than can be provided by a combi boiler. Like the Baxi combi boiler range, Baxi system boilers provide both hot water and heating on demand, however, they also pump water to a sealed hot water storage cylinder to ensure that an additional supply is available when required. System boilers are known for their reliability and ease of installation and, if you have a large family, this is a practical and cost-effective solution. Prices range from £640 to £1,130 with varying dimensions and outputs.
Designed with almost all property types and sizes in mind, Baxi’s system boiler range includes the following solutions:

Baxi Heat Only (Solo) Boilers Range – Easy To Replace
Also referred to as conventional or regular boilers, Baxi heat only boilers can have two water tanks in the loft; a large cold water storage tank and a small feed and expansion tank. The cold water storage tank draws water from the cold water mains to refill. Heat only boilers are usually installed on an open vented system, but the Baxi Solo HE A boiler is suitable for both open vented and sealed heating systems. Heat only boilers are good for large households where there may be simultaneous demands for hot water. They are easy to change in traditional central heating systems without too much alteration to existing pipework. Prices range from £570 to £725 with varying outputs.
Available in various heat outputs to suit small, medium and large homes, Baxi heat only boiler options are as follows:

Baxi LPG Boilers Range – For Homes In Off-Gas Areas
Baxi has developed a small selection of LPG boilers for homes that are not connected to the gas network. An LPG boiler uses liquefied petroleum gas as its fuel source (rather than natural gas) and requires an outdoor tank that stores the fuel. The fuel is delivered to UK homes by road and is then pumped into the external storage tanks. These boilers basically work in the same way as a natural gas boiler, but they use a different fuel that needs to be kept in the garden. Baxi LPG boiler prices range from £600 to £780 according to the heat output.
Baxi has developed a small selection of energy-efficient LPG boilers for those living off the mains gas grid, including:
LPG Boiler Series | Sizes | Size Of Home | Price |
---|---|---|---|
Baxi 100 Combi LPG | 24 – 28kW | Small to medium-sized homes with one bathroom | £600 – £780 |
Baxi 400 Combi LPG | 28kW | Small to medium-sized homes with one bathroom | £730 |

Baxi Back Boilers Range
In the 1960s, the Baxi Bermuda back boiler accounted for 80% of all back boiler installations. Back boilers are hidden behind a chimney with a gas fire in front, and provide a reliable heating and hot water solution that is hidden from view. It may be more economical to replace or upgrade a back boiler if you already have one. The current Baxi Bermuda BBU 15 HE is priced at £837.

We recommend getting a quote from a national installer and a local boiler installer. Compare their prices for the cost of a new baxi boiler and the price of installation. Average installation costs are between £1,500 – £1,200. Comparing Baxi boilers prices could save you hundreds of pounds.
Other factors to consider include flexibility of when your installer can install your new boiler and their safety record. Today all boiler installations are done by Gas Safe Registered engineers. This ensures your boiler installation is done safely and legally.
