When your Ferroli boiler develops a fault, a fault code will appear on your boiler’s control panel to inform you that a problem has occurred. In some cases, the boiler may enter a lockout mode when a fault is detected, meaning the boiler will shut down and refuse to work until the fault has been cleared. The Ferroli fault codes provide your engineer with important information and help them to diagnose issues so that they can get your boiler up and running again as quickly as possible.
If you’re currently experiencing a problem with your Ferroli boiler and a fault code has appeared, the tables below should help you find out the possible cause and solution.
