Whether you’re looking for a renewable heating system for an apartment or a large residential property, the Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump is suitable for all types of homes.

Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump Range

The award-winning range of Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pumps are reliable, self-contained units that deliver a complete heating and hot water solution. Suitable for any application, Ecodan heat pumps have an A++ ErP energy rating and are more energy efficient than a traditional boiler, meaning you could reduce your bills, your carbon emissions and your impact on the local environment when you have one installed.

If you want to keep your existing boiler, you can opt for Mitsubishi’s Hybrid Ecodan heating system, which allows the heat pump to deliver the majority of the heating. Installing and running an Ecodan air source heat pump with a traditional boiler will still help to reduce your carbon footprint and cut your energy bills.

Mitsubishi is a market leader in air source heat pumps and a pioneer in the development of this renewable technology, and the Ecodan range is one of the most advanced heating systems available in the UK today.

Mitsubishi Ecodan R410a Ultra Quiet PUHZ Monobloc Air Source Heat Pump

Stylish and compact, this innovative single fan outdoor unit uses advanced technologies to deliver improved efficiency and low noise levels and operates with outside temperatures as low as -20°C. Mitsubishi Ecodan R32 Ultra Quiet PUZ Monobloc Air Source Heat Pump

This unit is very similar to the Ecodan R410a Ultra Quiet air source heat pump, but it uses R32 refrigerant, which is the standard set to replace the R410a refrigerant. Mitsubishi Ecodan R410a PUHZ Monobloc Air Source Heat Pump

Although available in 5kW and 14kW sizes, the Ecodan PUHZ Monobloc has the ability to cascade up to six units of the same output to offer a maximum capacity range of 84kW. This self-contained outdoor unit operates with outside temperatures as low as -25°C and is a quiet and low maintenance renewable heating system to suit almost any home.

Mitsubishi Ecodan R32 Compact PUZ Monobloc Air Source Heat Pump

Another Ecodan air source heat pump that uses the environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant is the Compact PUZ Monobloc. This single fan outdoor unit has a 5kW output, boasts a high A+++ efficiency rating and is a great choice for homes with low space heating demand. Why Choose a Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pump?

Reduce Your Carbon Footprint and Energy Bills

A Mitsubishi air source heat pump collects renewable energy from the air and produces three or four times the amount of energy it uses. And, although a heat pump needs electricity to run, it uses far less energy than the heat it generates, making them much more energy efficient and cheaper to run than gas boilers. When you install a heat pump, not only can you reduce your carbon footprint but also save money on your energy bills.

You Could Get Money towards the Cost of Heating Your Home

If you choose an MCS accredited installer to install your Mitsubishi air source heat pump, you could receive quarterly payments for the amount of renewable heat your system produces through the UK government’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme. The scheme closes to new applicants at midnight on 31st March 2022, but it will be replaced by the Clean Heat Grant a month later.

Award-Winning Low Noise Levels

The Ecodan air source heat pumps by Mitsubishi are some of the quietest renewable heating systems on the market. By being whisper-quiet, Ecodan units offer excellent siting flexibility and can be placed in almost any location.

Control and Monitor Your System with the MELCloud App

All Ecodan air source heat pump models come with energy monitoring as standard, and you can even monitor and control your system from anywhere in the world via your PC, tablet or smartphone, thanks to the MELCloud app. As long as you have internet access wherever you happen to be, MELCloud gives you access to your air source heat pump’s settings to keep you in control of your system. The app also provides live weather data, system status reports and support content.
