What we think of the Baxi Duo-tec Combi GA

A relatively new range within the company’s extensive line-up, the Baxi Duo-tec GA boiler was first launched in mid 2011 and is a condensing gas combination boiler.

It was introduced by Baxi because it is a lighter model than an older predecessor in the range and places an emphasis on hot water, rather than heat for the heating system. It is a versatile boiler and comes in four output sizes – 24kW, 28kW, 33kW and 40kW – ideal for smaller properties, as well as medium sized houses.

Of note, is the boiler’s ability to quickly heat cold radiators which is great for those people who come into an unheated home on regular occasions.

Another plus point is the size of the boiler, which is just 77 cm x 45 cm x 35 cm, and weighs only 36kg. It can be mounted on a wall, or can also be placed inside a cupboard, making it even more versatile for properties pushed for space.
