What we think of the Worcester Greenstar CDi Classic Regular
The Worcester-Bosch Greenstar CDi Classic Regular boiler is ideal for coping with the needs of large properties where there is a continuous, large demand for instant hot water. With Worcester’s digital and wireless programmers, room thermostats and intelligent controls this condensing, heat-only boiler will offer the comfort your household needs while significantly reducing fuel bills.
Two boilers make up this range and both are powerful units with high outputs, and both are ideal for larger properties wanting the flexibility of a Combi boiler, but also wanting to have lots of hot water literally on tap. Two models are available: one with a rating of 34kW and the other at 40kW.
Combi boilers don’t have all the paraphernalia associated with more traditional systems (such as hot water storage tanks and cold water cisterns), so they are ideally suited to properties which don’t want extra space taken up with heating fixtures and fittings. The hot water flow rate is around 15 litres a minute, so they can cope with the demand from a larger property.
Both can be adapted to run on either LPG, or natural gas, and at nearly 50kg, they are not the lightest on the scene, and they are not the slimmest either. But you can hardly expect that, given their power.
The controls are comprehensive and should suit most users.
Getting a Competitive Boiler Quote
Buying a new boiler is a large expense; therefore we suggest you get a few quotes in order to find the best boiler price. For instance, get quotes from local boiler installers and from a national installer and compare those to find the right deal.
For a safe installation, it is vital that your engineer is Gas Safe Registered.
