What we think of the Worcester Greenstar CDi Classic System
The Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 30CDi Classic System boiler offers a straightforward solution for sophisticated boiler management. It is also incredibly easy to use, and Worcester’s digital and wireless programmers, room thermostats and intelligent controls will make life even simpler.
Just one boiler sits in this range and its designed for large properties which can handle both the demand for lots of water and can provide good heating levels for the radiators. It’s called a System boiler because it makes use of a modulating circulating pump. One of the main benefits of this is that it is cost-effective to operate. It is a combi, so no need to fit a cold water cistern, or water expansion tank.
The rating is 30kW and it can provide a tad over 14 litres of hot water every minute. It can run on either natural gas, or LPG. Downside maybe its weight (at nearly 48kg it is by no means the lightest in this category) and the casing is also not what you would call slim line.
The control panel gives you a fair number options, including the ability to activate an eco-option – which reduces the operational costs of this boiler.
